Employment and volunteer opportunities: IFTA has developed a structure to allow dedicated and motivated people to gain
paid employment delivering IFTA events and activities.
All our current development officers originally started as volunteers and then
progressed through the ranks to paid event work. By enlisting in the Pacesetter
training program motivated volunteers can become paid helpers, who in time
progress to be assistant development officers and for those who prove to be
dedicated and have the ability full time employment as professional Development
Officers.
If you think a career in Sport Development is for you then
why not apply to be an IFTA volunteer?
